1 Security Policy

The Institute uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
– Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
– Member/Customer complete credit card number cannot be viewed by the Institute or any outside party.
– All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
– All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting customer credit card data.
– eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
– eWAY at no time touches customer funds; all monies are directly transferred from customer credit card to the merchant account held by the Institute.

2 Delivery Policy

2.1 After ordering online, members/customers will receive an email confirmation from the Institute containing their order details (if they have provided their email address). The Institute will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. The Institute will attempt to send your goods via post within 72 hours; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

2.2 After ordering online, members/customers will receive an email confirmation from the Institute containing their order details (if you have provided your email address). The Institute will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. The Institute will attempt to send your software/license/access code via the stated service (email, or other) within 72 hours.

3 Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase the Institute will give them a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time they receive the goods. They can submit Support Ticket (click here…>) within that time if they are not satisfied with the delivery so that any problems can resolved as soon as possible. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. The Institute recommends that the member/customer return the product via Registered post and that they pre pay all postage. The customer assumes any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore it is advised that they take out shipment registration of insurance with their postal carrier. The Institute is not responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if the customer chooses not to insure.
