Savvy
employers know that people can learn a lot of the information they need
to know subconsciously.
That is, they pick it up with out even being aware of it.
The
subconscious learning within the Mustor Osmosis program has been based
upon the following requirements of the MIS 5300 standard:
1.
repetition of the vital few
2.
interdependent workmates
3.
inquiry and debate igniters
4.
feeling and overcoming peer group pressure
5.
horror stories review
What
do we get?
The
Mustor Osmosis program consists of the following four parts:
 |
MO1
Mustor Chunking coffee cup (30 off random)
|
 |
MO2
Mustor Compliance Checking coaster (30 off random)
|
 |
MO3
Hallway Debate Igniters (A4 sized posters)
|
 |
MO4
Meeting Room Reminders (two A4 sized posters)
|
Each
of the parts are based upon the Mustor Chunking (MIS 1200) and Mustor
Compliance Checking (MIS 1400) Standards.
How
do we use it?
Mustor
Osmosis can either be run by itself or after a Face-to-face or
On-learning program.
The
four parts of the program are mailed to either the organisation running
the program or to each individual participant.
There are benefits for both.
When mailed to the organisation the manager in charge can issue
them at their meetings or as a surprise on their desk.
Feedback
from clients has shown that the program works best when the parts are
delivered a month apart.
